Facility charges, there is no charge for the ballroom, if you need the downstairs also, there is a $300 rental fee to close the property to the public. There is no charge for our lawn as long as your reception is held at PM Park. The ballroom seats 225 guests and the lower level seats 150 additional guests. We have no set-up fee, re-set fee or decoration fee. Live bands and DJ's are allowed. We have a large dance floor and two bars to service your guests. We will set up additional buffets lines to accommodate your guest's needs. Deposits, non-refundable, are required to hold your date and will be applied to your final bill. All food and beverages must be purchased through PM except for mints and cakes. A 7% tax and 18% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage. Charges for services will be based on the guaranteed number made one week prior to the event or the actual number served, whichever is greater, at the end of your function.
